RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can request a return form from customer service. Always mention your order number! You can do this by sending an email to the following email address: support@
Zandory.com.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order still contains all matching parts and components and the packaging arrived exactly as the product.
2. Normal handling of the product is self-evident, breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. products where hygiene is important are thoroughly cleaned before being returned. Bikini, lingerie, underwear and socks cannot be returned.
4. the product turns out to be defective immediately after receipt.
5. We are entitled to charge the customer for the costs of return shipment.

Zandory is not responsible for the costs of return shipping.
7. A return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
8. If a product has defects, this must be proven with a photo.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to start the returns procedure.
Send an email to: support@Zandory.com.
Make sure the email contains the following:
1. Order number
2. Reason for the return request
3. Photo of the product in case of breakage
4. First name + last name of the customer
5. Customer's address
We will then contact you and give you the return address.
Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you ask us. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs.
All packages can be canceled within 24 hours without giving any reason. Contact customer service at support@Zandory.com or respond to your order confirmation.
**ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
Uncollected order / Incorrect address / Rejected, refused parcels
If an order is not picked up on time, the address is incorrect, or the order is rejected/refused upon arrival and returned to us, it may be canceled. However, the buyer will be responsible for ALL additional charges, including re-shipping and packing, totaling £15-£30. The cost of these additional charges will be deducted from the customer's payment. The balance will be refunded within 7 working days.
